What is CertPulseAI?
CertPulseAI is a certification and continuing-education tracking platform for cybersecurity and IT professionals. It tracks your CPE and CEU credits, files your evidence with AI, flags expiration risk and reminds you before every renewal, so you never scramble before a deadline.
Which certifications does it support?
CertPulseAI tracks 600+ certifications from 19 vendors and bodies, including ISC2, CompTIA, ISACA, EC-Council, GIAC, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Google and PeopleCert (ITIL and PRINCE2). Each one keeps its own CPE or CEU rules and renewal cycle.
How does CertPulseAI track my CPE credits?
Log an activity once and CertPulseAI maps it to every certification it counts toward, attaches your evidence and updates your progress. Live dashboards show how many credits you have, how many you need and when each certification renews.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The 14 day Pro trial and the 30 day Business trial both start without a card. When your trial ends, you choose a plan to keep going.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. Pay for a full year up front and get 2 months free. Your plan renews automatically each year, and we email you a reminder about 30 days before each renewal. You can turn off auto-renew at any time in Billing and keep your plan until the end of the year you paid for. Each annual charge, including a renewal, can be refunded in full from Billing within 30 days of the charge, unless you have ever disputed a charge with your card issuer. A refund cancels your plan right away. The full refund on a first annual purchase, a switch from monthly to annual or an upgrade to a higher annual plan can be used once per account, and it uses the same single allowance as the money-back guarantee on monthly plans, so it is not available if you have already used that guarantee. A renewal can be refunded each year. To move to a lower plan or back to monthly, turn off auto-renew and choose a new plan when your year ends.
Can my employer see my personal data?
If you join your organization on CertPulseAI, it can see work details such as your name, work email, certifications, CPE progress, renewal dates and fees, compliance status and a list of your evidence activities. Your evidence files, personal email, AI analysis and personal billing stay private, and your certifications stay with you if you leave.
How does CertPulseAI protect my data?
