These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of CertPulseAI websites, products, and services provided by CertPulseAI LLC ("CertPulseAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

CertPulseAI provides tools for certification tracking, CPE credit management, evidence storage, planning, and reporting. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for confirming certification requirements with the relevant certification body or employer.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security safeguards.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid personal plans are billed monthly or once a year, as you choose at checkout. Fees, plan limits, AI credits and storage entitlements are shown in the product or on the public pricing page. Taxes may apply.

Annual plans. An annual plan is paid in full, in advance, for one year. It renews automatically for another year at the end of each year, and we charge your payment method on file the amount shown in your renewal reminder. We email that reminder about 30 days before each renewal. You can turn off auto-renew at any time in Billing; your plan then stays active until the end of the year you paid for and does not renew. Nothing changes on its own at the end of your paid year: to move to a lower plan, or from annual to monthly, turn off auto-renew in Billing and choose the new plan when your paid year ends.

Refunds of annual charges. You can ask for a full refund of an annual charge within 30 days of the date it was charged, from Billing in the product. This applies to a first annual purchase, a switch from monthly to annual, an upgrade to a higher annual plan and each automatic renewal. A full refund is the whole amount charged, with no fees deducted, returned to the original payment method. These limits apply. A full refund of a first annual purchase, a switch or an upgrade can be used once per account, and it uses the same single allowance as the money-back guarantee on monthly plans, so it is not available if you have already used that guarantee. A renewal charge can be refunded in full each year. No annual refund is available if you have ever disputed a charge with your card issuer. When we refund an annual charge, your subscription is canceled right away and your account moves to the free plan; if the refunded charge was for a switch or an upgrade, any paid time left on your earlier plan ends too and is not refunded separately. After 30 days an annual charge is not refunded in full, and your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for, except as described under Organization coverage.

Organization coverage. If a paid CertPulseAI organization plan starts covering you while you have time left on your own annual plan, you can keep your plan or ask, from Billing in the product, for a refund of the unused part of your year. The refund is what you paid for the current year minus each month already used, at the plan's monthly list price, and a month that has started counts as used; it is never less than zero, and your personal plan ends when it is refunded. This refund is available only if all of these are true: the organization's coverage started after your annual charge was paid; the organization's plan is paid and active (a trial does not count) and its first paid invoice is more than 30 days old and has not been refunded; and you do not run that organization through a separate work account that uses the same email address. Within 30 days of your annual charge, the full refund described above is offered instead whenever it is available to you.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of certification records, evidence files, and other content you submit. You grant CertPulseAI the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that content as part of the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use CertPulseAI in a way that violates applicable law.

AI-Assisted Outputs

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided to support user review and planning, not to replace professional judgment, employer policy, or official certification body rules.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. CertPulseAI does not guarantee that any certification body will accept a particular activity, report, or evidence record.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertPulseAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
